About
Penfont turns your handwriting into a font you can type with in Pages, Keynote, TextEdit, Figma and your other apps. You drop in a photo of a notebook page you've already written, or print the template, write each letter in its box and photograph it; Penfont builds the font from that.
Penfont can also read pages you have already written, such as notebook pages and letters. It will miss letters your pages never used, so the template gives the most complete font. Any letter can be moved, resized, cleaned up or redrawn, and repeated letters use variants so they do not look stamped.
Fonts install with one click or export as .ttf and .woff. Photos, pages and fonts stay on the Mac, where the handwriting is read by the on-device Vision framework; there are no accounts, analytics or uploads.
