Website Privacy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This page is about this website, cnyldz.com, run by Can Yıldız. Each app has its own privacy policy for what the app itself does, and nothing here changes those.

The short version

Nothing about your visit goes to Google unless you allow analytics. If you do, Google Analytics counts which pages get read, without your name, email or anything you type, and with its advertising features switched off. You can change your mind at any time, right here.

Your choice

With JavaScript off, analytics never loads.

Your choice is kept in this browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and is never sent anywhere. It applies to this browser only, and you'll be asked again after 13 months.

If you allow analytics

Google Analytics then records:

To tell a returning visitor from a new one, it keeps a random identifier in two cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code. They expire 13 months after your last visit, or straight away if you turn analytics off here.

It doesn't get your name, your email address or anything you type. Google's advertising features are switched off in this site's code (no Google signals, no ad personalisation), so the analytics are for counting visits, not for ads.

Google processes this for me, and may do so outside your country, including in the United States. I see totals and trends, not who you are, and Google deletes the detailed records after 14 months at most. How Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you don't

Nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookies are set. The site works exactly the same.

For every visitor

Like any website, the server that hosts this one keeps ordinary access logs: your IP address, the time, the page asked for and your browser's name. They are there to keep the site running and safe, and I don't use them to work out who anyone is.

The videos on the drums page come from YouTube and load only when you press play; from then on, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Buying an app happens on Polar's or Apple's site, under their own policies, and this website never sees your payment details. Links to other sites take you there, and what those sites collect is up to them.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask what this website holds about you and have it deleted, using the address below. Because the analytics never know your name, the quickest way to remove them is to turn analytics off above, which deletes the cookies from your browser. If you are in the EU, the UK, Türkiye or anywhere with similar laws, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
